This website is our only catalogue, so please refer to it often for updates.

Payment Policy:

Retail Customers Visa, MasterCard, AmericanExpress, Paypal (No cheques or money orders accepted)
Wholesale Customers Visa, MasterCard, AmericanExpress, Paypal. Cheques only after credit approval.
Credit approval requires a signed sales tax exemption form, 3 trade credit references and terms are then Net 30.

Return Policy:

Retail Customers All require authorization prior to return shipping.
All items are thoroughly inspected and diligently packed - Please ensure the item is what you want.
Defective items ONLY are return-accepted.
If the mistake is ours, we will exchange the incorrect merchandise for the correct item. The "exchanged item" will be sent upon receipt of the "incorrect" item.

Minimum Orders:

Retail Customers No Minimum dollar amount
Wholesale Customers $50. Minimum unless by special authorized request.

Taxes:

All applicable sales taxes will be added to your order. Please ensure your Sales Tax Exemption Form is on File for Wholesale Orders.

Shipping:

Most custom orders can be processed and shipped within 14 days.

Rush Orders:

Please contact us by email indicating your RUSH request.

Shipping Policy:

Retail Customers All orders are shipped Economical Expedited Post, are insured and require a signature upon delivery in Canada.
Cost of shipping is added to the order and paid by customer.
US Customers orders are shipped by UPS and Customer is responsible for customs and duties incurred.
Wholesale Customers All orders are shipped Expedited Post, insured and require a signature upon delivery in Canada.
Cost of shipping is added to the order and paid by customer.
US Customers orders are shipped by UPS and are responsible for all customs and duties incurred.
Unopened packages returned will be issued a credit of 50% of the total order, less shipping charges.
There is a 50% fee for filled orders refused by the customer.
If customer is unhappy with a purchased item that is not a customized item, AccessorLee/LoriLocks will exchange it within 10 days of item receipt provided it is unused and it's original packaging and condition.
